NSS Ghana Contributor Management & Revenue Portal
Through a wide variety of mobile applications, we’ve developed a unique visual system and strategy that can be applied across the spectrum of available applications.
Project Description
The NSS Contributor Management & Revenue Collection Portal is a robust, web-based platform designed for the National Service Secretariat (NSS) of Ghana to revolutionize the management and financial oversight of its national service personnel program. Serving over 18,000 active personnel deployed across 345+ user agencies and 16 regions, this system replaces outdated manual processes with a centralized digital solution. Its primary purpose is to automate the tracking of monthly serice charge, ensuring timely collection and providing real-time visibility into revenue performance. The platform features a secure role-based login system, allowing national administrators, regional coordinators, and finance officers to access tailored functionalities with ease.
The portal’s core features include an intuitive executive dashboard that displays critical financial metrics—such as grand total revenue, amounts paid, and outstanding dues—alongside a monthly earnings trend chart for comparative analysis. A regional management module offers a visual overview of all 16 Ghanaian regions, using color-coded icons to indicate performance levels and enabling drill-down access for detailed insights. Additionally, it provides transaction history with exportable reports, invoice generation, and arrears tracking, all integrated with support for multiple payment providers. Quick summary widgets highlight key statistics, including the number of regions, organizations, and personnel, empowering data-driven decision-making at both national and regional levels.
This solution brings significant benefits by eliminating revenue leakage, reducing payment delays, and providing a single source of truth for NSS operations. Branded with the official NSS logo and colors, the portal enhances transparency and accountability while streamlining administrative tasks. Fully live and in active use by NSS headquarters and regional offices as of December 2025, it has transformed the organization into a modern, efficient entity capable of managing one of Ghana’s largest youth mobilization programs with unprecedented accuracy and efficiency.
